Reduced to the compact volume of an egg, the sculpture portrays the existing unity between two consecutive generations, like a mother and her child.
The mature and protective generation is represented here through the rusty bark/shell inevitably affected by the life lived. This bark/shell like a mother, continues to protect the fragile young generation, that is the most precious treasure for which she is willing to sacrifice anything (for the wellbeing of her child)
