Shipping

We ship after the payment is processed. We only ship with couriers that use tracking. Shipping is NOT covered by us, and must be paid separately to the courier when receiving the order.

Shipping outside the European Union

While shipping outside the European Union, there may be some additional customs fees that need to be paid in order to for the product to be received. These differ from country to country, and will be covered by the buyer.

Please consult your local country’s regulation regarding imports if you are ordering outside the EU.

Tax

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes. art-laura.ro is not responsible for any delays caused by customs controls.

You will receive an e-mail with the order id as a confirmation, and depending on the payment method, the product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

At art-laura.ro, your complete satisfaction is our priority. You can shop in the confidence that we will make every effort for your item to reach you as described.

The grounds for cancellation and refunds can be as follows:

  • The item is not as described
  • You are not happy with it.

If you choose to send the item back, it would be helpful to us if you could give us some idea of why you are not happy with it.

The terms and conditions for cancellation and refunds are the following:

  • All returns must be communicated to us within 3 days of receipt and received by us within 7 days from the day you informed us of the return. Before returning an item, we will give you the proper return address and instructions.
  • Item must be returned in the same condition as when received by the buyer. SculpturiSite will not accept returns on items that have been altered in any way.
  • All returns must be insured for the full value of the item(s). Please advise us of the tracking number on your return so that we can watch for it.
  • If an item is returned, the original shipping cost (if any) will not be refunded and buyer will pay for return shipping. If shipping was included in the asking price of the item, the cost incurred to ship the item to the buyer will be deducted from the refund.
  • When you pay with PayPal, there is a 3% restocking fee of the total purchase price, including tax and shipping, to cover PayPal charges.

Your right to return products is not applicable if the products have been personalized, made or changed to your specification.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must keep the goods in your possession and take reasonable care of them.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform art-laura.ro by email of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear written statement with the details of your name, address, the order you wish to cancel and your phone number.

art-laura.ro will assess the condition of the returned goods. If a loss in value of the goods is incurred as the result of unnecessary handling by you, art-laura.ro may make a deduction from the refund for such a loss.

art-laura.ro will issue the refund no later than 14 days after the day the goods are received back.
